it would have been a very nice place but the management is very poor. It is not maintained at all. most of the amenities there are outdated.

From the outside, it has great view. Internally, lots of challenges. Keeps changing managing personnel. Facilities not maintained. Has the capacity to be a 3 star hotel. Located in Ijapo estate, Akure.

It is located within Ijako Estate in Akure. The hotel and the facilities are not maintained. The rooms have poor or no lighting and smell funny. The management of the hotel has also neglected to put a duvet on the bed maybe because they know the air conditioning doesn't work or…
