    I paid in cheques and I had to enter the details in a physical register. I asked the cashier to give feedback to compliance, this is time wasting. I am a signatory to the issuing and beneficiary accounts, I see the register as unnecessary for cheques paid in by the issuer.

    Due to its location on the popular Diya Street and surrounded by thriving local businesses, I imagine transaction levels would be high, so would foot traffic in the branch, which could potentially impact service delivery.
