    Customer service point is always crowded. A more strategic way of tackling issues should be mapped out . The bank has a good parking space with security on ground. Good number of ATM machines are available at this branch as well. Although opening and closing hours is really…

    This is the only bank at the bus-stip. The ATM is used by so many people because it is accessible. The entrance is a little clumsy since bus drivers park in front of the bank and use it as a Garage

    Customer service is not very customer centered but rules and regulation centered. It took almost a week to reverse a dispense error transaction. I would be more impressed if simple banking issues can be resolved via email as against physically visiting the bank and queuing up…
