The branch needs to improve in lot's of things. Fast in attending to customers and be direct so one can do other things than spending the whole day and achieving nothing, also the branch customer care line is always off or not answered. Thank you

Every single time they have to verify a customer that went to another branch, they take the whole dayand the customer's plans for the day are scattered. Poor customer service!

The Federal housing branch in lugbe is always crowded and they take time to attend to customers. I advise you visit other branches in town if you want to get things done on time.
