For the price of this hotel 🏨, not bad but don't expect VIP treatment. No AC, No water heater but the staffs are very helpful and you can add for hot water 💦. But the hotel room is very very and cheap.

This place requires a dire investment in renovation and upgrade. The location is great and the guesthouse is popular but there is a total absence of maintenance culture at this facility.

The hotel is really low budget. The walls of the room has mildew and water damage. It's worse than what I got in Hadejia. It is in a good location though. The maintenance is really bad. If it's well maintained it could become a 3-star.
