A wonderful housing complex with multiple gates for extra security. Nice houses everywhere and looks more modern. So it might be a newer estate compared to the rest. If you can get land there keep it. It will definitely appreciate

Beautiful, serene estate especially phase 2. One of best residential estates in Gwarimpa. Finding the estate can be little bit tricky. The back gate leads directly to life camp. The electricity can be epileptic sometimes but overall, it’s a secure place to live.

The roads were recently tarred. The estate is serene and safe. The security is tight especially in Phase 2. There's a market within trekkable distance behind phase 2 back gate. This is a family friendly residential estate.
