Its a good estate with a lot of acvomodation, well tarred so you don't bother about the bad roads and signature red muds of other neighbouring estates. My only dislike about the estate is the location and the traffic from the abakpa axis and Nike lake road . If you work in town…

Very beautiful environment. Not enough trees for shade and so is very very hot before noon. Security is very tight and it's super quiet. Far from town so transportation can be a hassle sometimes

Nice calm estate with 304 housing unit with currently more than 150 occupants. The Estate contains one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom bungalow in an outskirt of town. The Estate has security, water, roads, football pitch, volleyball court, Gymnastic room etc
