No light (BEDC), security not good at all, pockets of burglaries every now and then. The general sewage system overflows and produces offensive smells over a large area within the estate. The estate is currently a sorry image of its past glory.

The little big city although its not as beautiful as it once was, is still a wonderful place especially for the unity it brought among every tribe in Nigeria

The place it's well planned, good road network but they've been having light issues for over a year now

It has a calm environment,the road is tilled and very peaceful.the houses there also very beautiful.

They have good roads but they don't have NEPA light for about a year now. Security is tight
