All I can say is that getting an affidavit is a lot of competition from outside the premises to the entrance and in the business center in the court premises.

It's just the typical Nigerian public office experience... If you get what I mean. Best advise? Avoid "help" from the hagglers at the gate. Walk straight to the offices to conduct your business or make enquires.
