The hotel is quite good but there is a need for some repair work to be carried out. The cleaners need to pay attention to details. Breakfast was not served as advertised, WI-FI was not available. The staff are courteous and friendly.

Nice environment. Service needs improvement. Some of the service guys are not diligent. Mosquito bite. Bathroom lamp had to be fixed around 10pm when got back exhausted. No bathing soap where I used last night. I couldn't use the Wi-Fi. Reception good and chef.

Stayed in for the four days... It was a wonderful experience. Uninterrupted power supply, free WiFi, clean water and a scenery environment. Crystal house hotels is truly a home on the road.

They have nice services. The staffs are friendly. They need to work on the maintenance of their equipments. Some of their facilities are not functioning optimally. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
