I had a very bad experience today at this branch as the ice-cream were very soft, there was very soft as a result of electrical issues, the water from the ice van was all over the place. My ice-cream was not even enjoyable!!!

So I made an order online and went to pick up. Only one person was attending to everyone; the AC wasn’t working, I almost fainted from the heat. They need to do something about the staff numbers and how can there be no working fans or AC in a closed unit.

It’s a bit inferior to some other Cold Stone stores. Some products are not readily available. It’s safe to call ahead so as not to waste your time although sometimes customer service is unreachable. In my opinion, they are not prepared to service consistent influx of customers.
