It looks like a really bad spot. Big compound but no coincidence that many of the shops are unoccupied. The shop owners generally just get fed up and leave. Security is lax and really not knowledgeable about the businesses in the complex. The manager(or landlord) is very rude and…

It's ok. Fairly quiet environment, well located and fairly priced. Can be better if their services and maintenance improved . It also requires a more robust security arrangement.
