I wonder why i didn't read review before going there. The amala is the least impressive I've ever had. They had no idea what gbegiri was, ewedu looked like it had been warmed for 3 days. Cold protein in the stew, extremely oily and burnt stew. I don't recommend

We ordered fisherman soup and poundo. The poundo was like pudding and the soup wasn't tasting good. I couldn't eat, someone had to get a medicine. This is our experience after spending 40k plus to buy food today

Enjoyed the meal. Had a Plate of Afang Soup with Eba. The portion sizes was very good. The Soup itself had snail,shrimp, and other little bits of protein that made every bite delicious.

It was a wonderful experience at the Calabar buka. I was skeptical about eating there at first but after having a taste of their food (vegetable soup, vegetable sauce) my perception about them changed. Did I mention, they also have games to play while you wait for your food…
