Good accommodation experience overall. Could do better with customer service and experience. Slightly unprofessional Customer Service attendants, no clear protocols, they work off-head.

The structure is good but their customer service and room service is very poor. When you call reception they take forever before they answer and you have to request for common towel and toiletries before they bring to your room. The one that really piss me off they only on AC…
