Their services is very poor , that's how they hold my package for days says it's because of incomplete address, till now I haven't seen my package, if the address is incomplete why not contact me my phone number is there but no they just left my package there

Every package I have received from the post office has been efficiently processed. The staff are very polite and helpful. The govermment needs to make the place more comfortable for them.

Staff courtesy and promptness are very okay. You get notified when your shipment arrives. The only area I think they need improvement is moving from doing things manually to computer based system.
