Siloed meeting spaces. Not great for large gatherings though. No amenities to accommodate gatherings so you need to bring EVERYTHING you require with you

It's the Nigeria institute of Architects building, with a space of 236 per SQM. Wide enough for both office space and residential space at an affordable price as low as 50,000per SQM and 10,600 for service charge per SQM each space comes with a prepaid meter for power.
