How is it possible for a university's contact number to be switched off on week days and emails are left hanging. Third parties are not allowed to pick certificates ! I can not even go pass the payment ! Someone should please respond because time is of essence!

The school has a beautiful campus with many nice sceneries. And that's just about it. The hostel standard is just fair. Nothing spectacular. Teaching standard is really, really poor. Far too numerous disruptions to the academic sessions. Many programmes are neglected…
