I like the estate, it's quiet but have smelly gutters. I also admire the security personnel at the gate.

The buildings in the estate are undergoing a general exterior renovation. An exercise that started early 2023. By the end of the renovation, the neighbourhood will get an amiable look. Old times will be gone for good☺️

This is a big and cool estate. The environment is neat and quiet. Though most of the houses are old structures, but it's a lovely place to live. There is a security post automatic road blocks to prevent entrance to strange vehicles. There are good numbers of securities watch over…
