Its dispenses money....but I think only when the school is in section

It doesn't often dispense cash but when it does, its fast. It rejects some ATM cards some times especially First Bank ATM cards, but not always.

The machine select card. I finished queing and when I inserted the card it was very slow and then my card was debited when I was not able to withdraw.
