Your Staff at the Lugbe office is very unprofessional and rude.I don't think I would want to use ABC Cargo Express. I must commend the Manager in Oshodi for being professional.He/She deserves five stars.I was beginning to wonder if ABC is the Manager's personal Business.

I have not receive a message to get my goods is over 2weeks, and the number on your address is not going through.. please you need to do better on your customer service this delay and negligence is affecting people’s business

They are scammers, they just scammed me of my 6500 and have refused to return my money, this particular person named Adebayo Johnson, has refused to send my money back to me. He never told me that I was going to pay another fee to process a code. I said i wasn’t interested…

Terrible customer service @ Lugbe. The lady is very rude, walks out on you as if she's doing you a favor. There are other brands that we can use that treats their customers better. Customers are king they say, but it seems like the other way round here.
