The Isy Anambra Comfort line is just the opposite of the name. The company lacks civility to her customers, not structured and organised and above all, don't care about the comfort and safety of her passengers. They will tell the AC, not it won't work till destination. Very old…

Customer Helpline/Careline is the worst 😑 Car left Awka bound for Lagos and broke down at Asaba. Driver left passengers stranded for hours with zero concern on how it has affected the time for the trip.
