The only good road is at the entrance to the estate, more like facade to make you think the road network is impressive. Honestly, it is it is far from it, you dont want to see the inter streets when it rains heavily. There are two gates, however, only one functions. I can say the security is decent at least one thing that kind of works. There's no central electricity feature, the estate uses the regular public supply. Also, no central water supply feature, you make your borehole yourself. There's hardly a properly functioning drainage system. There are shops in the estate where you can get provisions and good items. There's a pharmacy, barbing salons, beauty salons, Tailor's shop, 2 hotels... It seems like a pretty decent place to live if you are not looking for a high end apartment or location.
