I strongly caution anyone considering Pet Shop Lagos. My first experience was deeply discouraging — the website is full of errors or simply “not working,” communication was slow, and nothing about the process felt professional or reliable.
They confirmed delivery at 1 PM with a promise to arrive by 4 PM. By 4:30 PM there was still no update — no call, no message, nothing. When I finally followed up, I was told they couldn’t locate the delivery driver and, instead of accountability, I was chastised for being disappointed… as though fulfilling a paid order was somehow “a favor.” I organized my own courier within minutes, yet they claimed for hours that they could not find one themselves or update their customer.
Let me be clear: RUN — don’t walk — away from Pet Shop Lagos.
This is not the level of service expected from any brand that values paying customers in 2025.
