My order arrived from Temu since last week. The delivery guy called me to come pick my parcel, I asked him where, he said at Nnewi Teaching hospital. I told him that Nnewi is not my delivery address and I do not base at Nnewi, I told him my delivery address which was what I used to place the order. He said okay. Few minutes later, he called again saying the same thing. I told him he just called me few minutes ago. I repeated what I told him previously and he said okay, okay. I asked Him if was coming to my location and he said no that he won't be able to make it that day.
The next day, I got an email from Temu saying my delivery was attempted but my number wasn't reachable. Can you imagine the lie they fed Temu with?
Temu gave me a number to call. I called the number and the guy was very rude. He told me to come to their office to pick my parcel. I told him that's not my location. He said then why are you wasting your time? Wait till you received a call.
I called the delivery guy who called me previously, and he claimed he is not the person in charge of delivery to my location.
As of the time I am typing this epistle, Speedaf has not delivered my parcel to me neither have they called me again.
This is not the first time they are doing this. They it a couple of years ago when I ordered through AliExpress.
My parcel arrived but they never called me (Onitsha office). Only for me to request for a refund and AliExpress told me my parcel had arrived since. I called Speedaf and discovered my parcel had gone back to their warehouse in Lagos.
This courier company is rubbish.
I wonder why China e-commerce keep on using them.
