Attempts to escalate the issue were met with silence, especially from the said CEO, whose lack of response reflects an insensitive and dismissive attitude toward customers.
I advise customers to open and verify all items on-site before leaving. If possible abort all transactions with this people, they literally don't care. The ceo is even worse
