Instructors are not egotistical, (as some other instructors are there to simply show off how toned and limbre they are), and your video and mic can stay off (if you prefer) for total privacy, throughout!
Easy to follow, accommodating in that you can make the exercise as gentle or as challenging as you can, with catchup classes for ones missed. I do not have to spend mental energy gearing up for going to physical gym. I dont spend time actually physically transporting myself to a gym. Plus I save the 1hr of time it wouldve taken to get to, and from a gym. You dont have to deal with humid "overbreathed" (I made that word up - when you feel like you're breathing in other peoples exhalations, eeew!) overcrowded gym facilities, and the weirdos that go to gym to shop for women. Yuk!
If I have things to do at home, I shelve them for the 30 minute class. Just 30 minutes long! Plus I get to do little things while shaking out limbs or resting in between exercises. (I usually sweep my floor over the course of 1 class)
Need I say, COST SAVINGS. Couldn't be more important as we see petrol and every other costs soar like an eagle!
