• Obi U. ★★★★★ — A very disorganized company. I ordered some sweet corns from their Instagram handle, asked about delivery and I was told I could pick up at their location in Galadimawa. A draft receipt was sent on Instagram with a"pick up" tag (receipt attached). I was told to forward the payment receipt to a WhatsApp number, which I did. The next thing, the WhatsApp handler said I was to pay for a 4k delivery. I forwarded my Instagram chat to the WhatsApp line only to be told I have to pay for the 4k delivery or a get a refund. You need to fix your communication with your customers. If you are going to charge for delivery, let your customers know before they make payment and also include it in the receipt. You can't be telling customers a different thing on your Instagram handle and saying another after payment on your WhatsApp handle. It exposes how disorganized your business is. First time customer, a very bad experience! And I got my refund. Thank you
• Chimdi O. ★★★★★ — CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! She attempted to deliver to me by 11pm without informing me and getting my agreement to deliver at that time. Who delivers by 11pm, especially giving the security situation in country? Because I couldn’t accept the delivery at 11PM she told me- sorry she SHOUTED at me over the phone when I called to ask, that she would not return my 4,000 delivery charges. She said I should have called her by 9pm when I had not gotten my order, so she would have told me the delivery will be later. Lol. Zero accountability. I, the CUSTOMER that was giving you grace to address your logistical challenge, should have been following up with YOU, so YOU the VENDOR that has already collected my money and promised delivery should provide me update on delivery that is YOUR responsibility? You are an absolutely disgrace and disappointment to all hardworking Nigerian business owners. Let’s see how you will prosper. My promise to you this year is that you will not succeed. Anything you do will be futile till you return my money to me in full AND apologize to me for yelling and being disrespectful, despite keeping my patience and being polite to you. If I am at fault in anyway, may God also punish me. This is the very first time in my life I am saying this prayer for anyone and I say it boldly in faith. YOU WILL NOT PROSPER this year. Anything you do will be failure. Disaster to your right and left. This only ends when you do the RIGHT. I pray that 14,000 naira does not destroy your life but it’s completely your choice.
