Chiamaka C.★★★★★ — It doesn't exist, I don't know why jumia is just unreliable, the best they can do is doorstep delivery, every other thing is just a waste of time, their pickup stations are either non existent or they moved and forgot to add the new address. What's that about? I requested a personal pickup once and it was at ajah addo and when I got there, there was no pickup station there never was, I also requested a return and I thought they would come pick up at my house since I did the doorstep delivery but I got sent an address to drop off at and it still doesn't exist, I went twice and the people around said there used to be one but it's been long they moved, which is completely fine but why is the address still the same? If for instance I moved from surulere to lekki, why would I still give out my surulere address? It doesn't make any sense.
