Chiamaka C.★★★★★ — It doesn't exist, I don't know why jumia is just unreliable, the best they can do is doorstep delivery, every other thing is just a waste of time, their pickup stations are either non existent or they moved and forgot to add the new address. What's that about? I requested a personal pickup once and it was at ajah addo and when I got there, there was no pickup station there never was, I also requested a return and I thought they would come pick up at my house since I did the doorstep delivery but I got sent an address to drop off at and it still doesn't exist, I went twice and the people around said there used to be one but it's been long they moved, which is completely fine but why is the address still the same? If for instance I moved from surulere to lekki, why would I still give out my surulere address? It doesn't make any sense.
Umm J.★★★★★ — Very horrible service. I was meant to receive an order yesterday. The unfortunate and foolish delivery driver named Alexander Ojukwu tried to make me pay to his personal account. I refused and told him Jumia told me not to pay to him but to their own account and he claimed Jumia account is not working.
I told him let me call their customer care and confirm first, the idiot just took my order and drove off. I tried to report to customer care and they clearly do not escalate the case because they chose the same fool to try and deliver my order. Of course I am not letting that animal into my estate ever again.
I called customer care to try and request a new delivery agent and to demand that the case be escalated but they just hung up. Anyways, Jumia better change their employees if they don’t want to ruin their business. I will probably never order anything from them again as I have other options and I’m sure similar things have happened to others.
