Avong E.★★★★★ — Very very rude and ill-manner agents, small space with little lighting, overall it is a poor structure for the Jumia agent not to mention the customer agents (2 ladies) present as at the time of writing this review. My package came without a receipt, nothing to show ownership of my package in the future, the customer agents didn’t even verify if I was the owner of the package, they just collected my order number and mentioned my name. The service is just very poor. Also if you want to get your package on the day you go there, just go there in the morning, if you eventually go there by say 3pm just know youbare wasting your time as you will not get to be attended to.
Honestly the service is very poor, I am really pained.
