I paid 30k for one small room although very clean with paint stains on the floor as it was recently renovated. Specifically room number 321 on the 2nd floor.
Room is neat and with good lighting.
My regrets:
No water heater and under this harmattan weather my wife nearly got herself frozen while bathing with cold water.
Reception not picking calls till I had to come down as the elevator was turned off. Receptionist is simply a lazy fine girl who seems clueless about pricing of things there.
Extension numbers are not written on any phone in the room. While we wanted to order food no way to reach anybody, I had to come down and ask before I was told to dial 802. Came back and started dialing for 30mins nobody picked. My wife stepped down again to practically placed order and collected their phone numbers, after a while they called that the noodles and chicken we had ordered was no longer available. Oya na bring Hollandia milk.... They brought it when we had slept when I heard a heavy knock on the door with a loud voice na the potter.
Before I paid for the room, your staff were bragging that here is luxury or nothing. Well if this is the meaning of luxury in Aba then Aba needs to grow beyond this.
Train your staff well and don't just hire any mgbeke to be serving people.
I almost forgot to mention the numerous daughters of eve hanging everywhere between the gate and the bar looking homeless.

In the morning the potter that came arranged hot water for us in a bucket so I wonder where the central system is located that even your potter don't know and had to fetch hot water for us.
Advice: Simply upgrade your hotel facilities and don't come here to defend your inefficiencies except if you want to be rubbished on this space. It is an insult to even mention that my wife is not literate enough to operate a common shower knob and so shameless to blame to your potter for forgetting to show a guest where to and how to turn on the hot water if at all that knob existed. Rubbish!
