The founder has absolutely no empathy and will give you a HARD time if the dealing goes south. She talks a big game and delivers wayyy below expectation. She is mean spirited, very unprofessional and has zero customer relations skills.

They didn't deliver on the agreement to develop products for a new business, even after collecting almost all the agreed payment. This went on to negatively impact plans to establish the business at the scheduled timeline.
It was a complete waste of every type of resource.
