• jason J. ★★★★★ — Something really disrespectful happened today, I was at your lounge chilling with a lady and this happens to be the first time I was going out with her and I was seated and someone behind me was giving the lady a sign asking for her number, like that wasn’t enough the same idiot literally sent a worker at ur lounge to come collect her number immediately I went to the toilet which really got her angry and she had to tell me after this so called person was giving her signal behind me and that happens to be where the Dj was. She said that the person requesting her number was standing close to the DJ and she tried to caution this individual that can’t he see that she’s with someone, what got her upset was the fact that your staff who served us was the person sent to collect her number and she gladly came with pen and a jotter, she left upset.
• Precious O. ★★★★★ — If there was any rating lower than a five star I will give this people.. they don’t respond to complains,they ignore people’s opinions and concerns.. visiting them is like hoping you don’t get served bad food,if it’s take away please endeavor to check if it’s good before leaving.. For every time I lay a complain,I get ignored like I didn’t just spend a whole lot only to get home and what I got is bad and smelling.. Bad service you guys. Please if you visit,check your food to be sure it is not bad and has worms on it. This is coming from a place or being ignored and never compensated or even hearing from their end,I am not a first time customer but in a whole month I got served really bad food,all take aways.. attached is a video of what I ordered versus what I got.. Never will I visit here. I’d rather spend my money where I know if I buy take away,I am sure I am getting good food and even if it’s bad,they respond to Dm’s and WhatsApp messages and apologize for this rubbish ✌️🥂🙏
