Fisi★★★★★ — Their opening time online is 9:30AM, I got there a few minutes past 10 am and no one was around, shop closed. Someone finally came and of course the place was still messy and hot. The stylist that was meant to make my hair was supposedly going to come in 30 minutes. After waiting for 30 minutes, he decided he was no longer showing up and I should go through traffic to their second location. What kind of service is this please? I’m actually so confused!
