I honestly don't even know where to start.
I placed my order at 2 PM. It arrived at 10 PM. Eight hours later.
Throughout the day, I kept getting calls saying it had been dispatched and was on the way. It clearly wasn't. I kept waiting, thinking it would show up any minute. It didn't.
What's even more disappointing is that there was no apology. Not even a simple "sorry for the delay." Nothing.
Eight hours is not a delay - it's a complete lack of respect for a customer's time. If you're overwhelmed or can't handle orders, just say that. Don't keep people waiting all day with false updates.
This was genuinely one of the most frustrating food experiences I've had.
I won't be ordering again.

Unlike their slogan. It really isn’t “Always Worth It”
They promise delivery within 1 hour 30 minutes, but in reality, it usually takes over 3 hours—if you’re unlucky maybe even more than 3 hours.
Unless you keep calling to follow up, there’s a chance your order won’t be sent at all.
Complete waste of time and delivery fee.
You might as well just buy frozen from a store and make it yourself at home.
I’ve ordered from Papas Grill 4 separate times and it has always been the same experience.
Now the package came wet with a whole in the box, and the sealing tape a bit off as if it was dropped in water on the way to me. Meaning the package has been compromised on the way to me after waiting over 3 hours.
Unfortunately I can’t see myself coming back to Papa’s Grill anytime soon.
