If you are using public transport, Enter a bus heading to Yaba, ask them to drop you at Sabo. Ask around where you can enter Bariga mini bus, ask them to stop you by Ajayi bus stop. It's just by your left when you drop.

We got to the venue about an hour before our appointment time, only to meet a crowd of people who had not prebooked. Apparently, they had been there earlier to "pick number". Normally, you'd expect them to attend to those with appointments first, since our capture process was faster (roughly 3 minutes per person), but they did the reverse. They kept us outside the gate under sun and rain from 9am to about 4:30pm. It wasn't until we dropped our cool demeanour and "shekpe" for them that they now let us in.... But you see this PVC, we must get it and make our votes count.
