stanley sy★★★★★ — I had an excellent experience at AGcare Specialist Clinic From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. The specialist took the time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and provide a treatment plan tailored to my needs. The facilities were clean, modern, and well organized. Emeka U.★★★★★ — My wife gave birth at this hospital and we paid for the VIP ward where privacy was supposedly guaranteed. My mother in law arrived two days later and that night I decided to sleep on the couch at the sitting room in same VIP ward and a staff of the hospital's restaurant; Anyanwu Ezekiel stole my iPhone 11 pro max. I reported the theft around 1am and the staff on duty asked that I meet the security staff and PRO at 9am in the morning which I did and gave them the timeline from when I laid down to sleep and when I got up and realized my phone was stolen. They checked their CCTV and saw the above mentioned staff. They called the restaurant manager and he confirmed the culprit was newly employed and that was it.
Character changed amongst the staff as they kept passing me around.
PRO sent me to matron, matron passed me on to business manager, manager said the restaurant operates independently and I should meet the restaurant manager. The restaurant manager took forever before agreeing to join me in going to make statement at the police.
We did, the boy was arrested, he admitted to the theft but said he gave the phone to a prostitute at the Don and masters so she would hold for him in case he returns to the hospital and they decide to search him. The prostitute was nowhere to be found even though we went looking for her at the spot for 2 nights and the Ezekiel guy didn't have her number. He was detained for 3 days which was beyond the legal duration for detention plus his mom's cries and plea and the fact the the restaurant manager abandoned the case to me and never showed up again.
I let the boy go as his mom swore to pay back bit by bit which she never did and I still paid 640k as hospital charges. VIP ward indeed.
