Whenever u are going there will advise you to go with cash to avoid delay, I wish I knew this earlier
• Mark H. ★★★★★ — Very dishonest, rude and unprofessional especially with my experience today. With your centre opposite the NAF conference centre Abuja. Bought a 65inch TV exactly a week ago and since it was in the evening I asked the guy the Lebanese guy if I could come it pick at a later date and the dude said yes but the most they could keep it was 7days I said fine. Only for me to go back today on the 7th day and dude directs me to another arrogant fellow who says they’re out of stock and don’t keep TVs. And the best he can do is for me to choose another model and pay the balance or wait until the model I picked is available. When is the model available? Dude says I don’t know. And they guy who said one week is seated next to him and says nothing and when I push to know why dude now says he was only doing me a Favour. What Favour? You collect more than half a million from me and say you’re doing me a favour? What effrontery?And I ask if you know you don’t keep products or you were out of stock for the said TV why collect my money and also get me to pay insurance for the the TV. Criminal behavior!!! So you’ve kept hold of my money for a week without the intention of giving me a TV. Well lemme not see my refund first? Guys who pass for technicians forming expatriates . Disgusting
