Also, the reason for this comment on the Gwarimpa Store is to ask them to update their address because we used Google Map directions for this address on their store and ended at a dead end trying to find Colors by Fouani in Gwarimpa and we had to settle for another electronic store.

They sales attendant behaved profoundly ill mannered “rolling her eyes at my elderly mum”
When we approached the management team which comprised of three guys from what looked like Arabian ethnicity.
Their only form of conflict resolution which was imposed! was to say “rolling your eyes is not a bad thing” said in such a callous manner, as they sitting down on their bum scrolling their phones.
This followed with further threats
“You’re now in our place”.
This is definitely a place none of mine will visit any longer, as we have done in the past. This is definitely a place I would not recommend for anyone looking for quality goods, a good customer service, and a great management team.
Please avoid this place at all cost, especially in the morning, because it will spoil the rest of your day.
