Nwabunike N.★★★★★ — I bought frozen soup I travelled with and to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. 5L for that matter. First, what I ordered was not what I received. I asked for assorted meat and I saw hake abi kpanla fish when I arrived at my destination because it was sealed at picked up. I wanted to run mad. I complained to them and what baffled me was the customer service said, 'hope it has not been tampered with so they can pick up'. Like you want to resell food that has been given with a stranger? Smh. To the taste, hmm..maybe na me wey no sabi but my sister said same. That soup tasted like it has been in the freezer for months. The fish was soggy and breaking apart for a fresh, no-water veggie soup. When I picked up, I never saw them remove any Date label, so i guess they don't even have a record of how long it's been in storage.
Prior to this experience, I bought the asun jellof & pepper soup for a friend and he totally enjoyed it. The fresh food is tasty but that frozen meal? Na bad market. I didnt taste fresh at all, yes, it can be frozen yet taste fresh when heated. I'm writing this review cos I just opened the 2nd 2.5L bag and I'm pisses all over again. 150k down the drain without any compensation, refund or replacement. I no blame una. Hiss
