First off, I ordered for a chicken shawarma, opened it up and it was beef and the annoying part was the beef wasn't even tender. Filled with onions that I had to pick out.
And guess what, I called to complain about the beef shawarma that was sent instead of chicken shawarma I paid for and I didn't get any response or apologies afterwards for that.
Overall, I'd rate them 2/10 .

It has a shawarma and juice/Chapman service although there was no Chapman when I asked to order.
Food served in the restaurant was ‘alacarte’ but it took so long each time I ordered as against the advertised 20mins. Food was fresh and nice on the first day though.
Staff were relatively friendly and the environment was clean.
