I paid and ended up getting stories about my bag for months, zero communication, zero regards for your schedule. Their data protection is almost non-existent as they kept customers' personal information out there on the internet for everyone to see. I honestly do not know why this company is allowed to exist at all. It has been 2+ months now and I have no receipt of my payment from them (I have my transaction receipt from the bank) and no news of my bag! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE GUYS if you value your items/sanity!

It's been two weeks they stated shipment has been cleared finally by customs but it's been one story to another for them to reach out to my customer. They requested I make payment for clearance before she's contacted. Payment has been made since the past 2 days and she's yet to be contacted. It's been one story to the other. Communication is poor. Messages sent via Instagram is been ignored.
This isn't fair to me or to my customer. At this point I doubt my customer's order was truly sent cos from the day I sent those items to your Lagos office, it took days for your staffs to send the weight of my package which is quite unusual. I kept calling and sending messages just to get the weight of my package which isn't meant to be.
