There are lots of offices situated in this building from law firms, to visa application offices etc. I am worried about the safety of occupants in this building because it is poorly maintained even considering the fact that these offices pay rent and other fees to operate here, I wonder what the money is used for. The building needs repainting, the generator needs to be fixed or a new one gotten so that the elevators are fully functional during operational hours. Additionally, the elevators run slow and need some repairs, the speed should be moderate and some spaces like offices and bathrooms are in urgent need of refurbishment, so many old and outdated structures. Well this is Nigeria and some people in power for centuries have used funds allocated for infrastructure for their selfish needs. If things were improved it will generate more revenue for this building that can be used to carry out similar projects, it is quite unfortunate.
