I had a very unpleasant experience at this cinema. I arrived around 10 a.m., only to be told they would not open until 12 p.m. This was the first time I was hearing about such a late opening time. While waiting, there was no air conditioning, no fan, and they didn’t even turn on the lights. I still sat there patiently with my children in uncomfortable heat.
When the receptionist finally arrived, I asked to see the list of movies showing because I wasn’t familiar with the titles. She said she was coming back but never properly responded. At exactly 12 p.m., they finally turned on their generator and lights and announced the movies for the day: Love and Notes and Colors of Fire (or something close to that).
Because I had my children with me, I decided not to watch Love and Notes as it sounded like it might be a romantic movie. I chose Colors of Fire instead, thinking it would be more suitable for kids. To my surprise, the receptionist rudely told me that I had no choice and that I must watch the movie I didn’t want. She insisted that only one movie was available for viewing, despite earlier mentioning two options. Her attitude was very unprofessional and disrespectful.
This is not even my first bad experience there. On a previous visit, I bought meat from their concession stand and it was undercooked there was still blood in it. That is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety.
Overall, the customer service was poor, the environment was uncomfortable, and the food quality was unacceptable. I would not recommend this cinema unless serious improvements are made.
