Finally after the Dr called me he asked me to go back, so rude and unprofessional. I tried to stand on my right to be treated right and he threatened to call security guards on me. I stood on my right still, I spoke to other staffs and they won’t take accountability. Finally the security guards came and they spoke with calmness, maturity, and professionalism. As for the Dr, his name is Dr. Akinsete, an old man for that matter and yet very unprofessional and rude. Professionalism in this hospital is zero. Be expected to be treated like a rag and like a beggar or less in this hospital. If you want professionalism and your health prioritized, it’s better to go to another hospital or better still find a private hospital. I am deeply disappointed even though the hospital is not under FUTA!

so the waiting time is often too long. The nurses will first ask you to buy a compulsory nose mask which will not be required when seeing the doctor. I think the nurses are using that to make their private money and the doctor supports them. If not why not include nose mask in the charges and give it to people. They accept only cash for nose mask and they may not have change. Mind you, it's not covid era. In short, I will never visit them again because they know how to make patients feel worse off.
