It is well with lights and turbo powered air-conditioners that help to keep the place cool. The building has been renovated a few times to keep it looking good for its many functions.
The building is used for official events such as orientation programmes, and public lectures but it also serves other purposes too. It has become a theatre for students in the department of Theatre Arts and has played host to large crowds who come there to see the artistry and creativity of these students when they stage plays.
