Ibrahim★★★★★ — This store is totally unreliable and practices careless transaction systems. They disregard feedback of customers when approached about goods purchased from them and they expose their customers to risk and mental stress through lackadaisical attitude and their zero knowledge of adequate customer relationship management.
Toheeb J.★★★★★ — So terrible with customer service unlike contemporary stores. Imagine purchasing items under warranty with them, notifying them of total dissatisfaction with the product due to inefficiency, and it would take ages before resolving complaints, consequently putting lives of customers at risk through stress of travelling and anxiety from uncertainty.
Furthermore, while having a purchased product with them, they decide how they want to benefit from such, without considering convenience and comfortability of customers.
If you value efficient transaction system that allows for relevant feedback, they're not the right store to patronise. They have terrible and parasitic business approach and have zero customer satisfaction tendencies.
eyiowuawi B.★★★★★ — With all this rubbish u r doing,u still want us to rate you company ,for days we r in total blackout at kemta idi aba ,and we don't deserve any explanation on that,u r not doing well at all, you've discourage many business around d axis and yet u will still come and collect money
SAHEED A.★★★★★ — The Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company IBDEC Ogun State Head office.
They really mean business in this place, if you need prepaid meter, they will process it and deliver it to your door step within 3days and also get it installed, you can also recharge your meter here and also find solution to all your complains related to the IBDEC issues. But they also need to improve there services related to the power failure because it is too annoying to hear that some areas like Adatan, Aregba, Kugba, Shaje, Oke efon, Elega, Ilugun, Imala, Iberekodo, Bode-Olude etc will not used Electricity for 3weeks in a month but still distributed bills to collect money.
