On my first visit, despite arriving at 8:15 AM and offering to pay out-of-pocket to bypass HMO delays, I was kept waiting for over 3 hours without getting the scan done. I felt there was a lack of urgency and process efficiency, which is critical in healthcare. ​However, upon returning the next day, the situation was handled much better. The staff apologized for the previous delay and took the time to explain the situation. I was attended to professionally, and it is evident that they possess modern equipment and knowledgeable staff who operate them well. I was provided with adequate and comforting information before undergoing my CT scan. ​I am upgrading this to 4 stars because the technical quality and staff competence are excellent. My only feedback for the management is to improve their sensitivity to patient wait times. Better coordination between the facility, hospital partners, and HMOs is needed to ensure patients aren't kept waiting unnecessarily. If they can streamline the administrative side to match their technical quality, this will be a 5-star facility.
