I had a 9:00 AM appointment, but the doctor didn’t arrive until 10:00 AM. Throughout the wait, the staff kept giving inconsistent and misleading updates about the doctor’s whereabouts. There was a clear lack of respect for patients’ time and no apparent concern for patient care or communication.
Physiotherapist O.★★★★★ — The receptionist is so awkward and disorganized in her reception to patient. She claimed she can't run a service when they haven't even close all because we didn't bulge to withdrawing cash downstairs when she had the POS machine right beside her.
Her male colleague was also nonchalant at the emergency written on the test referral slip.
These attitudes aren't acceptable for a healthcare delivery organization situated right in front of a teaching hospital. No iota of compassion aside the warm greeting from the security personnel on duty on 23rd September, 2025.
The official lines were so unreachable too. Not a nice place to run an emergency test or investigation
Omolabi O.★★★★★ — The receptionist we met today on the 23rd of September was so rude and had no iota of compassion, she had a pos machine right by her but still asked us to go withdraw cash down stairs because she won't be able to refund us without us asking for a refund. She even had the effontry to to tell her that our case was not an emergency despite it being clearly written on the form and to make matters worse she told us she has closed and we should leave despite it not being 5: 0 clock. Her colleagues a male just stood there and didn't even bother to pacify the situation.
Today was our first day and it's certain we will never go back there and won't ever recommend to anyone.
