When I asked the receptionist why they hadn’t updated their address on google, she just sighed and ignored. Every other personnel I came in contact with was either unprofessional or plain rude.
I asked for water to drink so I could be pressed but there said water was finished and gave no suggestions on how to get.
The lab technician got annoyed that I wasn’t pressed before come in and said: “Don’t come back here until you’re pressed ooo!!! Hope you know the meaning of pressed???”
He had earlier said: “If they didn’t give you water, then you could go and get it outside.”
I was particularly offended by these words because his assistant whom I asked for water and mentioned that there was none available, also said since I was a little pressed, “we could try”.
It was an unpleasant experience for me especially as a first timer, using their service.
One would expect a more professional service from a lab that charges twice the fees of other labs.
If there was zero star, I would use it. But one star is okay because, at least, their diagnosis was correct.
Kuyak S.★★★★★ — Nobody should conduct any tests in this laboratory, in my opinion. They endangered my life because of the erroneous diagnosis I received. I tested positive for typhoid and malaria there sometime last week. It took more than two hours to deliver the results, and the meek explanation that the person inputting the results went to "ease himself" was given. I started treatment based on the results, but I wasn't getting better. I was instructed to repeat the tests at a different lab, and the results showed that, in contrast to Precise Medical Diagnostix's results, my case of typhoid and malaria was significantly elevated. Be expecting me at your lab very soon since you folks have no regards for human life. You will refund me.
